Annual General Meeting AGM - November 6, 2023
Board Member Responsibilities
1. Attend Every Meeting - if unable to attend, inform the president and send your report or other necessary equipment with someone else.
2. Try to arrive by 6:45 or 7:00 for regular meetings, in order to assist with set-up or to prepare for your work. If you cannot arrive early, plan to stay behind to clean up.
3. Use your agenda to take notes
4. Be prepared to listen to/read minutes so that when they are read, you will be able to correct them if necessary
5. Bring your ideas, we are here to promote our society. If you have an idea, please share.
6. Your responsibilities should not be overwhelming. We are here to work together so if you need help, just ask.
