Theresa Miller (far right)  presents an award to the Campbellford & District High School and Environmental club to a student and teacher Janet Sheridan at the December 2018 potluck.

Every year, The Society gives away a bursary of $300 to a student who is furthering their education in a horticultural field at the post-secondary level.. The student is chosen by the school.

A Grade 8 student who has shown an interest in horticulture, is also chosen by each local elementary school. That student is presented with a book about horticulture. If no student is chosen at that school, the book is donated to the school's library.
